We Are
As a director of Kinlan Consulting Pty Limited I specialise in providing construction contract consultancy services to both clients and contractors. I am a marine Contracts Manager with 35 years experience in the global maritime and civil engineering industry.
I have established my company to use my experience and skills as a consultant to the maritime industry on contract appraisals, contract administration, preparation of variations, claims, adjudication of payment disputes.
Previously as a Contracts Manager with Van Oord over the span of 18 years, my role involved the management of marine infrastructure projects on a global basis and I was directly involved in many notable landmark projects.
I have published a number of articles which deal with adverse physical conditions as well as a book on the subject, ‘Adverse Physical Conditions and the Experienced Contractor’. I am a qualified arbitrator in UK and Australian jurisdictions and practicing Adjudicator in Queensland, Australia under the security of payment legislation.
